Marketing Your Benefit Programs

Marketing your benefit programs provides an opportunity to assess the most attractive financial arrangements, negotiate rate guarantees, and take advantage of new administrative and claims technology. We take responsibility for drafting and distributing marketing specifications, interpreting the results, arranging finalist interviews and helping you make a decision you will be happy with in the long-term. Implementation of any new plan or benefit is orchestrated by our office, utilizing our excellent business relationships in the group insurance marketplace.

Renewal & Budget Negotiations and Support

Based on what is best for the client, we will offer suggestions on underwriting arrangements. We assess the appropriateness of the underwriting methods such as Self-Insured, Administrative Services Only, Pooled Method, Experience Rating, etc. and the appropriateness of the risk exposure (i.e. Large Amount Pooling). Development of cost-containment and plan restructuring strategies including the design of Flex Benefits or Health Spending Accounts, often billed as an additional cost – are included in our remuneration structure.

Facilitation & Coordination Services

On an ongoing basis, we provide value-added service to our clients and act as facilitators in a three-way partnership between yourself, your insurer and our support team. We work closely with our clients and their insurers to promote effective communication and focused strategies to help our clients achieve their corporate goals. We regularly orchestrate client meetings to plan short and long-term goals, objectives, and review service and claims issues. Throughout the year, we ensure negotiations with the insurers are complete and communicated to meet budget deadlines and requirements.
